Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our convenience store and gas station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, loading or unloading products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Receive, verify, and store delivered merchandise, unpack and stock shelves and coolers with merchandise as directed.
  • Clean and maintain the store, including registers, restrooms, break room, backroom, and floors.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the lot, including shoveling snow, spreading ice melt, and hosing down the parking lot and sidewalks.
  • Remove trash and recyclables in a timely manner and assist in training new employees as needed.
Requirements
  • Operate lottery ticket registers, cash registers, and credit-card charge transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Redeem promotional coupons, food stamps, and count back change and issue receipts.
  • Cook food using ovens, stoves, griddles, and microwaves, and prepare ingredients ensuring freshness.
  • Follow all food health and safety standards, display food properly, and dispose of outdated food.

Requirements and Qualifications
