Job Type: Full-time

Counter-Form LLC, a leading regional manufacturer of laminate countertops, is seeking candidates for our Customer Service position.

Counter-Form offers a work environment that is safe, clean, and respectful.

Work schedule: Full-time position with overtime.

Monday thru Friday (No weekends)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Gain Knowledge of products and our manufacturing process.

· Service new and existing accounts by telephone, fax and email.

· Provide technical product information and pricing to customer

· Computer entry of detailed orders and price quotations.

· Process orders for production

· Build and maintain customer relationships

· Identify and work with Sales Representatives to follow up on potential sales leads.

· Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.

· Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Ability to demonstrate a professional, positive attitude

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Desire to learn

· Ability to multitask

· Exceptional math skills

· Friendly demeanor

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

· Post high school education

· College or technical degree - preferred

· A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience required, in a manufacturing environment is a plus.


This position is required to be onsite.
