  • Stay up-to-date on promotional events and new products to inform customers.
  • Use good judgment to refer customers to technical assistance and utilize conferencing when necessary.
  • Listen actively to customers to identify needs and provide solutions.
  • Build a positive rapport with customers to increase loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Computer knowledge skills and ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree.
  • General office experience, telephone customer service, or similar experience.

Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative will work in an office environment with a quiet noise level.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional overtime as needed.
