- Expected to achieve a minimum of 1,600 chargeable hours within a 2,250-hour work year.
- Comply with the firm's quality control standards.
- Maintain a high standard of independence and integrity.
- Travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Two to four years of recent experience in public accounting.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles (FASB, GAAP, OCBOA) along with industry-specific regulations.
- Experience with paperless auditing applications is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent research, organizational, computer, and analytical skills are essential.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service with integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Caseware and McGladrey methodology is advantageous.
- Ability to meet budgetary and time constraints.
Physical Requirements:
In performing the duties of this role, the employee will frequently be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, drive, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
