  3. Repairs and Adjustments: Conduct repairs and adjustments on screw machines as needed, such as replacing defective parts, recalibrating mechanisms, and aligning components to ensure proper functionality.

  4. Set-Up and Calibration: Set up and calibrate screw machines for specific production runs, including adjusting settings, tooling, and programming as required to meet production requirements and quality standards.

  5. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with screw machines. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts inventory, and any modifications made to screw machines. This documentation helps in tracking machine performance and planning future maintenance schedules.
