Candidate should have minimum of 3+ years experience in a retail or big box environment and knowledgeable in Fresh meats, including different cuts, grades, and varieties, merchandising, rotation, sales forecasting, and ordering of product. HACCP knowledge a big plus. We are a unique wholesale operation and not open to the general public.
