Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Finance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

The Stock Management Specialist plays a vital role in production through established inventory protocols. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting accurate and timely inventory transactions
  • Ensuring precise physical counts and performing reconciliations
  • Receiving, counting, and storing production stock items while maintaining accurate records
  • Performing audits of backflush locations
  • Comparing actual physical counts with recorded inventory and executing necessary recounts
  • Investigating discrepancies, determining their causes, and recommending procedural changes

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary for essential tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform push/pull tasks
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet business objectives
  • Availability to work weekends as required
