Primary Duties:

  • Oversee IMS systems and related projects
  • Work closely with the Lead Coordinator on IMS-related assignments
  • Provide support to District users regarding IMS functionalities
  • Examine and rectify data integrity challenges
  • Assist with software updates and troubleshooting
  • Communicate policy modifications to users
  • Coordinate with vendor representatives
  • Investigate new IMS capabilities and offer suggestions

Desired Qualifications:
