YOUR IMPACT

Epic Wings is searching for a Senior Brand Manager to help implement our brand and marketing initiatives. If you have solid experience in the QSR or hospitality space and a proven track record of driving growth, you might be our secret ingredient Plus, if you have an eye for design and can create visual campaigns that resonate with our fans, track us down-we want to hear from you

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity, market share, and customer loyalty.

· Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.

· Manage outsourced Graphic Designers by providing creative briefs and ideations. Ensure deliverables meet objectives, target audience, key messages, and visual style guidelines to maintain brand consistency.

· Develop localized marketing strategies to support franchisees in driving traffic and sales to their individual locations.

· Provide franchisees with tools, resources, and guidance to execute brand and local marketing campaigns effectively.

· Manage New Store Openings. Collaborate with owners and operations team to support marketing efforts, ensuring a successful launch and sustained growth.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including advertising, media & social agencies.

· Maintain and follow company policies and directives.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the QSR or hospitality industry.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that meet or exceed set benchmarks.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and design platforms.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and resourcefulness.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
