Are you a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design? Seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee a high-end showroom that has an extensive collection of over 4,000 samples, including rugs, wood flooring, and broadloom samples.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Management: Take the lead in managing and organizing our vast selection of samples. This includes labeling, cataloging, and consistently updating our inventory to ensure all new samples are properly managed.
  • Client Assistance: Provide exceptional support to our clients by knowing the exact location of each sample and assisting them in finding the perfect match for their projects.
  • Internal Sales: While this role is primarily focused on showroom management, approximately 25% of your time will be dedicated to internal sales, assisting clients with their purchasing decisions.
  • Expediting Orders: About 30% of your role will involve expediting orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
  • Sample Filing & Updating: Another 30% of your time will be dedicated to filing and updating samples, keeping the showroom in top shape.
  • Administrative Duties: General administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and handling inquiries, will occupy the remaining 15% of your time.

Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage a large volume of samples and data.
  • Attention to detail, especially in labeling and cataloging.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Experience in sales is a plus, though this is not a lead-generation role.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
