We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Order Management Specialist to enhance our operations.
Our clients reach out to us for a variety of products and services, including custom glass solutions such as shower doors, windows, and tabletops. We provide them with accurate quotes and facilitate the order process upon job approval.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process quotes and orders in accordance with company protocols.
- Perform vendor invoice matching tasks.
- Coordinate schedules and set appointments for customer service inquiries.
- Handle daily customer invoicing efficiently.
- Process payments accurately.
- Execute general office duties, including filing and maintaining office and showroom organization.
- Respond to incoming phone calls promptly during business hours.
- Input customer information into software systems.
- Welcome customers in the showroom and assist with order pickups and drop-offs.
- Support colleagues and management with related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn about industry products and terminology; training will be provided.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and personality.
- Dependability is crucial; punctuality is expected.
