Job Title – Office Assistant/Receptionist

Job Type – 32 Hours A Week - Weekends, Tuesday & Wednesday - 9am to 5pm

Requirements –

The ideal candidate with demonstrate strong customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks a plus.

Bilingual speaking, preferred.

Responsibilities –

·         Answer all incoming lines and assist and/or direct callers to appropriate individuals

·         Greet and assist all walk-in customers

·         Process all propane requests

·         Process all payments on accounts

·         Full responsibility for cash drawer

·         Process all store sales

·         Receiving and distributing mail

·         Completing Work Orders

·         Stock and organize store

·         Monitor, track and audit Visitor Registration Forms

·         Monitor and clean up Visitor Registration Spreadsheet

·         Download and save Visitor Registration Spreadsheet 2x daily

·         Assist Admin, Executive Board and Village Boards, as applicable
