Be ready to jump into the mix:

We are seeking a compassionate and organized client intake coordinator for a part-time/hourly position (28 hours per week). Hours are: Monday through Thursday 10am to 4pm, and Fridays 10am to 2pm. The job is on site, not remote. The rate is: $21/hour.

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Client Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full client intake process, including conducting enrollments and creating digital client files
  • Assist with front desk operations and provide general office assistance
  • Answer telephones, handle phone inquiries, and maintain front office functionality
  • Act as an interpreter for non-English speaking clients
  • Provide general information to walk-in clients and inform clients about services offered
  • Document information needed to facilitate program operations
  • Maintain and update client files in Beacon software
  • Process payments and maintain sign-in sheets for all group sessions
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times, especially at the front desk
  • Become a certified drug test collector (training and certification provided)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Empathy and understanding of mental health issues

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods
  • Occasional light lifting
  • Use of standard office equipment
