We are currently seeking to hire a VP Of Sales to join our team

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process with qualified leads in conjunction with the founder to seek out best fit clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all sales efforts from warm referral leads, web driven leads and procurement of your own referrals and leads.
  • Maintaining sales relationships with existing clients
  • Report on sales cycle status, new leads, new opportunities and existing negotiations
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Cloud based systems such as Airtable
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) strongly preferred, but not neccassary
  • Global or Sentri Pass and the ability to drive in T.J./Tecate MX mandatory
  • Be able to travel to McAllen, TX and take clients to Reynosa, MX facility
