Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join the team.

The primary role of the QC Inspector is to conduct visual, electrical, and dimensional inspections of printed circuit board assemblies. Essential to this role is the ability to accurately read values for SMT components and perform first-article inspections using a microscope, particularly for small components such as 0402.

Description:

  • Review blueprints and specifications to understand material, electrical, and cosmetic requirements.
  • Inspect electrical and electronic components using meters and precision instruments.
  • Measure and verify compliance with specifications during inspections and production runs.
  • Enter and analyze data in the SPC database.
  • Conduct and document first article inspections of SMT boards.
  • Verify documentation completeness as per work orders and procedures.
  • Use computer systems to review and manage documents.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of relevant inspection experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, specifications, and PCB Gerbers.
  • Experienced in measuring resistors and capacitors electrically.
  • Familiarity with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment is a plus.
  • Strong ability to identify component values through visual inspection.
