Banquet Sales Manager

McLoone's Restaurants is seeking an enthusiastic Banquet Sales Manager to join our team Responsibilities include but are not limited to, increasing sales within the department, building a strong rapport with the staff and assisting the banquet team in analyzing the Banquet event order (BEO) in order to accommodate guests requests, determine proper set up, audio visual needs if applicable, time line and also give attention to any special needs. Take sales appointments to view private dining space. Gain knowledge of our menu, event space and the offerings within the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve guests needs
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the restaurant, menu and services provided
Qualifications:
- 2 years previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Potential for growth within the company.
The candidate should have the interpersonal skills to work well with the other staff in the establishment.
It will always be required to be punctual and appear neat and clean.
