Catering Operations Manager and Maitre’d.

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can bring their skills and knowledge to our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and overseeing various types of social and private events, as well as a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to deliver excellent customer service to our clients and guests. Responsibilities:

· Ensure flawless execution of events

· Hire/Train/Supervise staff to ensure proper execution of events and high guest satisfaction

· Maintain regular and ongoing communication with all waitstaff throughout each given function, giving clear direction and responsibilities

· Organize pre/post event meetings with waitstaff

· Work with the team to ensure compliance with food handling, table setting, and uniform standards, delivering quality service to guests

· Prepare, execute, and properly close events and respective event spaces

· Responsible for scheduling staff, building operations, ordering and inventories.

· Attend weekly BEO meetings

Qualifications:

· The candidate must have verifiable work experience consisting of 3-5 years in a catering management position.

· Flexibility in schedule is a must, including the availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

· The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of guest service, banquets/catering, and excellent leadership skills.

· The candidate should have excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills

· The candidate should be a team player, working with guests and team members
