Highly motivated & qualified individual wanted to perform various clerical duties that support the operations of a large government project.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:

  • Receiving and processing Federal Register entries in a timely manner
  • Processing time sheets
  • Processing official high-level correspondence for signature
  • Handling and distributing mail
  • Reviewing incoming and outgoing mail materials
  • Documenting work and maintaining electronic files
  • Maintaining office calendar and directories
  • Preparing letters, memos, and spreadsheets
  • Answering phones, maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Communicating with management on matters of importance and
  • Helping with other projects as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Able to work well individually and/or part of a team

Required Skills and Experience Include:

  • 2+ years of experience using printers, scanners, copiers and general computer knowledge
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products, Windows and Internet Explorer

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline

Preferred Skills and Experience Include:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Federal Register preferred
  • SharePoint experience a plus
  • Experience working on-site in a government facility a plus

Active Secret Clearance required
