FocusKPI is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing/Campaigning Manager or Product Marketing Manager to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company. 

The Confluence Product Marketing team within the client is looking for a marketing contractor to support a number of product and feature launches that require customer facing copy, content, assets, and enablement support in order to hit and deliver against their GTM timelines and business goals. They are looking for someone who can partner closely with cross functional teams, manage a set of deliverables, with particular skills to support customer outreach through various channels such as email, website, sales, paid and organic channels, while engaging with their customer community. Conducting customer interviews and supporting competitive analysis are also important in this role.

Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Range: $40/hr to $51/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement and retention of Confluence features and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, to ensure the success of marketing initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
  • Champion the customer and understand the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Create and present reports on campaign performance to stakeholders and make recommendations for future marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, go-to-market or lifecycle marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business-related field
  • Fast paced tech industry. B2B & SaaS is a huge plus to have
  • An experience with marketing campaigns with execution and Life cycle campaign/marketing is highly required
  • An understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels (email, website, sales, organic, paid)
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and tracking campaign performance to drive the best results
  • Proficiency in learning complex software solutions
  • This role will also have some sort of copy writing and content writing experience to to support writing blogs, community posts, email etc.
  • Support customer outreach through various channels such as email, website, sales, paid and organic channels, while engaging with our customer community
  • Being able to stay on top of multiple work streams and deliver quality work on time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
