We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team and help us serve our clients the best way possible

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed clients’ expectations
  • Courteously assist clients with all technology-related events
  • Configure, install, and maintain IT users' desktop software and hardware including current versions of Windows, Mac and Microsoft 365 range of products
  • Efficiently and effectively troubleshoot PC/MAC issues remotely
  • Efficiently and effectively troubleshoot general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.
  • Diligently track, route, and direct problems to correct resources
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Document solutions to problems and developing end-user guidelines
  • Follow up with clients, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Maintain and manage Office 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Asure Cloud, Amazon EWS, Google Cloud, Windows Server, SharePoint Online, VMware, Cisco/Meraki networking, etc.
  • Proactively recommend procedure modifications or improvements
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and ability to handle challenging situations in a creative and resourceful way
  • Ability to remain composed while taking on escalated tickets and higher technical issues
  • Guide and help teammates to handle and resolve incoming requests

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software and equipment
  • Desire to grow your skills and contribute to a hard-working team

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and effectively communicate with staff and clients
  • Customer service-oriented attitude

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Leader and team player who will do what it takes
