Marblehead, MA

Salary: $100K/YR+  plus bonuses

What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
- Manage all service operations for both residential and commercial business
- Schedule manpower and coordinate among projects and service calls
- Responsible for staffing, training, tools, systems, and procedures to complete all work in a quality and cost-effective manner
- Estimate project costs
- Delegate assignments to service staff
- Achieve planned gross profit through staff leadership and management

Requirements:
- Strong experience in large commercial HVAC
-MA HVAC Contractors License (Must be Active)
- Strong mechanical system knowledge
- Ability to provide design and cost-effective solutions
- At least 5 years of service management experience or equivalent
