We’re on the hunt for an Account Coordinator extraordinaire You'll be the backbone of our Account Management Team, keeping those client relationships purring along smoothly (see what we did there?). Everything from providing day-to-day support to our beloved book of business to being the go-to guru for detail-oriented and mission-critical work during our busiest renewal seasons, to mingling at both virtual and local client events to spread the UPC love.

If you’re a pet-loving, detail-oriented wiz with a knack for keeping things organized and who has great interpersonal skills this is almost certainly your dream gig Based out of our sunny Tempe, AZ office, with the option of working hybrid (two days remote/week) after your 90-day training.

Where you’ll focus:

  • Lead administrative support during the account renewal process
  • Handle inbound account management calls and emails
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Manage post-sale onboarding for small accounts and assist with the system implementation process
  • Provide support for client events virtually and in-person locally
  • Outreach proactive to groups to offer educational resources
  • Prepare clients for new program updates and help drive file feed adoption
  • Work to reduce churn (both group and member) and increase group sizes via new enrollment initiatives
  • Support overall team to meet and exceed retention and monthly/quarterly growth goals

Requirements:


  • 1+ year work experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager, Client Service Specialist, Client Service Associate or similar is preferred
  • Ability to communicate, present to, and speak to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, particularly those within the HR function
  • Experience working in the benefits space is a plus
  • Highly process-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to optimize and retain customers
  • Comfortable doing group presentations via webinar or in person
  • A track record of exceeding customer retention expectations
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
