We are seeking an MSP IT Support Specialist to join our team You will be tasked with a variety of projects to support and improve our client’s network computing systems.

· IT Support related to issues with the internal computing systems and network infrastructure of clients.

· IT Support related to Windows Servers and Workstations Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Email and Network Security

· Support 3rd party solutions - Antivirus, Backup, Malware, MFA, and other solutions

· Administer cloud solutions for customers

· Monitor and respond to alerts generated from RMM Tools

· Install VOIP telephone systems

· Install physical equipment in racks, mount of walls, etc. Run Cable. Test and Terminate. Clean, neat cable organization is a plus.

· Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review

· Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure

· Communication and customer service to client end-users: keeping them informed of the incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages

Skillsets

· Ability to use Tools such as drills, saws, fishing equipment. Ability to run wire. Ability to hang racks, TVs, etc.

· Ability to work on a team to deliver project work such as office 365 migrations, Network builds, on-premise installations, upgrades, and implementations. Project management

· Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively

· Ability to manage short term and long term projects and staged implementations

· Business Sense: Ability to learn the nuances of the customer’s business and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain excellent standards in customer service and satisfaction of clients

· Complete tickets and projects efficiently

· Record time and expenses associated with projects and tickets

· Continuing technical training and certifications to keep up with demand and improve client satisfaction

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

· Associates degree or equivalent and 5+ years Experience

· Advanced Professional IT Certifications

· Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) Experience is preferred

· Experience in Active Directory/EntraID and Domain Services required

· Managed Service Provider (MSP) Experience preferred

· Demonstrate ability to solve complex problems

· Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
