Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Lancaster, PA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized behavioral support services to students with special needs, fostering their growth and success within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized support services to students, ensuring tailored attention and assistance.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), executing effective strategies to support student progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness in interventions, fostering a supportive environment for students.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and behavioral data, enabling informed decision-making and ongoing evaluation of intervention outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required, along with a background in BACB accredited RBT training.
  • Prior experience working with children with special needs is advantageous, especially in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social Emotional classrooms.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and uphold confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
