Our HVAC Installation Technicians are responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the installations they are assigned. 
installations will include compressors, cased coils, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, plenums, hard duct, spiral ducting, condensers, package systems, ductless systems, walk in units and coolers. 
 

Install crews will consist of one lead and one helper unless more techs are needed on a particular project.

Technicians must be able to perform proper diagnosing, repairs  of mechanical, and electrical components for residential and commercial HVAC systems to a proficient level. Upon start up install crew must verify proper system operation and have skills to correct any issues   

Communication, customer issue resolution, and customer service skills are necessary for this position as you will be communicating directly with customers.

Qualification for HVAC Installation Technician:

  • Minimum 4 years of verifiable HVAC experience as an install/service/repair level technician
  • Ability to complete install/service/repair jobs in a timely manner while maintaining quality
  • Ability to install coils and compressors 
  • Ability to lead ductless, split and package system installations and to complete proper startup procedures.
  • Valid drivers license and clean 39 month driving record ( some exceptions )
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Test
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check
  • Customer issue resolution and customer service skills
  • Must have all standard hvac hand tools to perform  installations and repairs HVAC systems
