- Extensive hands-on experience in automotive repair, demonstrating a successful history of diagnosing and addressing complex issues.
- Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Thorough understanding of various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, with a dedication to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to service advisors and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Leadership experience, focusing on mentoring and developing fellow technicians.
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent preferred.
