Job DescriptionJob Description

A growing manufacturing company is looking for a HR Assistant.  

*  Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

*  Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and management team.

*  Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

*  Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies, benefits, and attendance.

*  Process payroll by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

*  Plan, coordinate and conduct employee new hire orientation and assign photo id badges.

*  Build relationships with external staffing agencies to recruit for hourly roles.

*  Preparing and running data-driven reports, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

*  Enters purchase orders in IQMS to purchase employee uniforms, stocks uniforms, and distributes to new hires

*  Serves on the Employee Activities Committee
