The function of the HR Admin is to work closely with the Manager, Human Resources, in support of the activities of the human resources department. These activities may include, but are not limited to, staffing, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, policy/procedure administration and communications. In this role, the incumbent interfaces with employees at all levels of the organization. This role is a temporary addition to the Cleveland Team from June 2024 through September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Assist with payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years related experience.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills are essential as are an approachable, professional demeanor and refined interpersonal skills. Must be able to multi-task and deal with stressful situations, retain and respect information with the highest level of confidentiality and be able to meet stringent time constraints.
  • Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Microsoft word, excel, Power Point, Visio, and ADP HR/BADP PayexPert, ADP ezLabor Manager software platforms. Prefer PHR (Professional in Human Resources)
