Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle administration, operations, and maintenance of an enterprise document management platform. You will create a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish deliverables within the specified timeframes. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining both in-office and remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of an enterprise document management platform, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance.
- Handle customer requests and projects, making necessary adjustments or enhancements to the platform.
- Develop, track, and document changes to procedures and processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Understand workflow and approval processes, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in platform administration and maintenance within an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in handling customer requests and completing projects related to tool adjustments and enhancements.
- Strong understanding of ETLs, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Preferred experience with MS SQL and IIS.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
