Kingdom Designs is hiring fulfillment associates in our e-commerce shipping department. As mentioned above, we are looking for a long term candidate that is eager to learn, takes attention to detail, is a team player, and is looking to grow WITH our company

Our business primarily sells to other small businesses (B2B) - with that being said order accuracy, quality, and rapidness is key.

A majority of orders placed with us online are time sensitive and are subject to specific turn around times. We have grown this far by exceeding our customers expectations and have the same expectations for future team members.

We are looking for full time associates to work (40) hours per week. For the most part, your shift will be the same (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM). Occasionally a longer shift, weekend shift, or holiday shift may be requested.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Works with Fulfillment management and associates to understand and meet daily order expectations.
  • Acts with a positive professional attitude and poses a Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Receiving, sorting, and storing incoming products / shipments.
  • Picking products, fulfilling, and shipping online orders.
  • Picking products, fulfilling, and preparing local pickup orders.
  • Replenishing and organizing shipping related Inventory.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High School Education or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Prior warehouse experience a plus, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
  • Pallet Jack, experience a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to read and speak English, perform basic math functions and works well with others.
  • Must possess full range of body motion including ability to regularly push, pull squat, bend, stoop, twist, grasp, lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hour shift.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
