Handle quotation, order fulfillment, track order management Oversee the complete order fulfillment process, coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and revenue commitments, and address customer inquiries and returns promptly. Manage incoming goods, prepare packages for delivery, and perform inventory counts. Maintain shipping records, prepare packing and shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments, and handle Letter of Credit negotiations and certificates of origin. Comply with and adhere to regulatory and company policies. Coordinate with customer in issue escalation and resolution Maintain relationship with customer Other duties as and when assignedJob Requirement:
