Position: We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Customer Relations Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is crucial for engaging customers to pay timely while maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage daily contacts with customers regarding all aspects of accounts receivable.

● Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

● Communicate with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies and foster strong, trusting relationships.

● Collaborate with the sales team to implement credit control measures and ensure timely payments.

● Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

● A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and customer service.

● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

● Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
