Office Services Associate

The Facilities Associate is a unique position that requires the candidate to assist with non-traditional job functions to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations within the office. This role involves hands-on tasks, logistical support, and general maintenance to support a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and disassemble office furniture as needed.
- Replace light bulbs and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Assist with office relocations and rearrangements.
- Hang pictures and artwork as required.
- Drive to and from various locations in the city and Long Island to support events and errands.
- Perform court runs and other offsite errands as necessary.
- Handle various miscellaneous tasks to support the office
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies to ensure they are well-stocked.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
