Job DescriptionJob Description

The Facilities Associate is a unique position that requires the candidate to assist with non-traditional job functions to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations within the office. This role involves hands-on tasks, logistical support, and general maintenance to support a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and disassemble office furniture as needed.
  • Replace light bulbs and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with office relocations and rearrangements.
  • Hang pictures and artwork as required.
  • Drive to and from various locations in the city and Long Island to support events and errands.
  • Perform court runs and other offsite errands as necessary.
  • Handle various miscellaneous tasks to support the office
  • Monitor and replenish pantry supplies to ensure they are well-stocked.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
