Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Services Associate to join our team at Williams Lea LLC. As a key member of our office services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Services: Provide high-quality office services, including reprographics, mail, and intake functions, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Logistics and Administration: Utilize logs for all office services work, ensure job tickets are properly filled out, and communicate with supervisors or clients on job or deadline issues.
  • Customer Service: Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically, and provide exceptional customer service to meet and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot basic equipment problems, load machines with various paper, toner, and supplies, and use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: May train new Office Services Associates and perform quality assurance on own and work of others.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
  • Skills: Skilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and mail equipment; good written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail with good organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work standing up all or most of the time; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Position operates at sites with maximum of 24/7 operations; individual shift requirements will vary by site.
  • Physical Hazards: Hazards include working with office machines (copiers, faxes, scanners, bindery equipment, paper cutters) and cleaning supplies and toner.
