Pay
- Base pay 1099 Sales Contract opportunity with uncapped potential
- Commission from $55,000 a year to uncapped

Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with HCPs and staff that will benefit from our chronic management product and servicesEngage effectively with potential HCPs in general medicine, internal medicine and select specialties as well as their staff to better understand their needs and how we can meet those needs with our products and servicesTravel to customer locations for follow-up, presentations, or demonstrations. Deliver an effective detailed presentation on our exclusive services and its benefits to prospective patients Maintain strong relationships with providers and staff to increase the depth of patients enrolled in our software platform / services Sell RCi products and services by calling on independent practices and some large accounts Process new and existing customer orders from entry to maintenance Coordinate all orders from reviews to data entry into the CRM platform, to ensure compliance Collaborate with internal departments (operations andwarehouse teams, etc.) to review data entry and product assignments, among other tasks Advise operations and shipping teams on customer shipments Generate reports promptly to address customer concerns Consult with senior personnel on complex cases Monitor competitive activity and regional pricing levels within the assigned territory Perform any other assigned duties Attend scheduled training sessions during designated hours.
Education / Experience:
- Associate or bachelor's degree – preferably in business/marketing. 2–3-year sales, customer service, outside/inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:
- Decisive candidate with problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and mobile platforms Strong relationship building skills Strong customer service and sales skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Goal-oriented team player Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving
