We are seeking Administrative Medical Staff to work in our Austin, TX virtual and mobile medical practice. Currently we have full-time openings ready to fill immediately:

Medical Verification of Benefits and Pre-Authorization Specialist, and Referral Coordinator.

  • Referral Coordinator - minimum 4 yrs experience of in-clinic administrative support
  • Medical Billing Specialist - 2-4 yrs experience of in-clinic billing support

Must be skilled on computer, phone, and managing patient information in an EMR.

Requirements

Qualifications for Clinical Support Specialist:

  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience in a clinical setting
  • Minimum 2 years post-high school education or training
  • History of maintaining full-time employment 2+ years with one employer
  • Positive attitude and a big smile, yes really
  • Comfortable around computers, since you will be using one all the time
  • Experience working daily in a EMR
  • High attention to detail, we are talking about patient lives here
  • Punctual, dependable, and very organized with your schedule
  • Goal-oriented and eager to receive coaching and performance measurement
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and behavior
