Role Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in planning and overseeing multiple complex clinical development programs. This position requires effective management of resources, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines.


Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize and manage clinical development initiatives.
- Represent the clinical development function in advisory meetings and regulatory interactions.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Develop accurate budgets for clinical studies, manage contracts, and oversee financial tracking.
- Facilitate effective communication through meetings and presentations, providing strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely progress and resolution of issues.
- Anticipate challenges within clinical programs and devise contingency plans.
- Review vendor proposals and contracts to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Manage performance evaluations and set strategic priorities for the team.


Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a medical or scientific field (16 years) or equivalent experience; Master's Degree preferred (18 years).
- 6-8 years of direct clinical research experience, with 4-6 years in a management role.
- IDE clinical experience is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership in standard business procedures and global regulations.
- Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in clinical development initiatives.


Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $109,300.00 to $218,000.00, with variations based on specific locations.
