Deliver Customer Service by responding to customer needs with accuracy and in a timely manner. Develop and maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge of our medical products. Field and resolve customer issues and questions-escalating when necessary. Take ownership of process and orders from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls, processing orders through company software.
- Following up to make certain orders are processed and shipped.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical product issues with customers.
- Be your best self-open to new ideas-"Can do" attitude.
- Show up every day with a smile. Bring a love for our small company, its employees, vendors and most importantly our customers.
