- Assist senior financial advisors in creating personalized financial plans and investment strategies for clients.

- Participate in client meetings to gather information, present financial plans, and provide ongoing support.
- Research and analyze investment opportunities, market trends, and financial products.
- Prepare and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of marketing and client outreach initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications:
- Series 7, Series 66 are mandatory
- CFP and CA insurance license are strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain them.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, investment management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
