Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to become part of our Service Team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule service appointments for repairs, maintenance, and recalls.
2. Welcome customers, assess their vehicles, and address inquiries.
3. Accurately document issues with vehicles and detail them on the service order.
4. Inform the Service Manager of any additional work required or delays in service completion.
5. Advise customers on necessary and recommended services along with associated costs.
6. Promote additional services and products, including special offers.
7. Review ongoing service orders to ensure quality and timely completion.
8. Track the status of customers' vehicles from service entry to job completion.
9. Communicate any changes in timelines, repairs, or costs to customers.
10. Upon job completion, review the service order with the customer.
11. Maintain up-to-date technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership service role.
• At least 1 year of experience in commission-based customer-facing sales (preferred).
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Energetic, reliable, and conscientious personality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Motorcycle endorsement is preferred.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.
