Account Manager

What does a successful Account Manager do at Fiserv?

You will play an integral role in providing the quality delivery and maintenance support for our Bank and Credit Union Solutions team that delivers technology products and services for community, regional, and large financial institutions. These platforms improve customer service and streamline back-office operations by providing mission-critical banking functionality. In working closely with clients to understand their needs, you'll ensure the delivery of top-notch solutions and drive mutual success.

What you will do :

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact within Fiserv

  • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships with clients

  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of client projects

  • Enhance client relationships and retention by exceeding target goals and performance improvements

  • Proactively prevent and resolve enterprise problems

  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager in Account Planning to develop tailored solutions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation

What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in banking/financial technology

  • 5+ years of experience in the banking industry

  • 3+ years of experience in a client or customer service role

  • Experience in a B2B environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365

What would be great to have :

  • Project management experience

  • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools

  • Knowledge of Fiserv systems or products

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
