Enterprise Talent Solutions is seeking a tenured Corporate Paralegal on behalf of our client, an AMLAW law firm who is knowledgeable in Corporate Financing, Transactions, M&A, Private Equity and New Venture Formation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate good communication, organization and professionalism. The firm operates on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in and 2 remote.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting/revising documents for attorney review including but not limited to formation, dissolution, ancillary documents related to corporate financing, M&A transactions, foreign qualifications and UCC finance statements.
- Assisting with SEC filings.
- Conducting legal research.
- Coordinating closings and post-closing projects.
- Assisting in other projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in related field in a law firm or fortune 1000 corporate legal department.
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university is required. A graduate degree such as a JD is a plus, but is not required.
