We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our business office team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and generating sales orders. We are seeking individuals who can work a full time schedule of Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.  This position requires sitting or extended periods of time, lifting, stooping, and use of hands to operate computer equipment. Punctuality and reliable transportation are a must. We offer a competitive benefits package, employee discounts, and bi-yearly raise opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Knowledge base or outdoor sporting goods (hunting and fishing) a plus, but not required

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
