What You'll Do:
- Craft and implement innovative regional sales plans and marketing programs to propel our products and services to new heights on a global scale.
- Collaborate with a talented sales team, leveraging their expertise to navigate complex and lengthy sales cycles with precision and finesse.
- Identify and seize opportunities to enhance our business through direct sales, channel partnerships, and international relationships, driving measurable success.
- Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline and forecast, providing regular updates and insights to the Sr. VP.
- Play a pivotal role in sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring maximum effectiveness and market penetration.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures, obtaining approval for non-standard quotes or exceptional discounts.
- Keep a pulse on market conditions and competitors, providing timely and accurate insights to shape our strategies.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and legal requirements, safeguarding our reputation and promoting trust in our brand.
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record in global business development and sales strategy, with 10 + years of progressive experience.
- Strong expertise in selling to other businesses, including navigating complex and long sales cycles.
- In-depth knowledge of international markets, cultures, and end-to-end sales processes.
- Experience in structuring deals in Asia / South East Asia and other global locations, expanding our footprint worldwide.
- A university education in business.
- Previous Sr. level experience, Director, Sr. Manager or VP
- Experience in blending and combining teams of varioius levels of expertise
- Technical and mechanically inclined.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills, fostering connections across diverse cultures and groups.
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Resourcefulness, energy, and self-direction, combined with strong leadership capabilities.
- A valid driver's license and unrestricted passport for international travel.

- Experience selling into the pharmaceutical industry
