This role collaborates with multiple departments such as graphic design, marketing, sales, photography, customer service, and logistics, as well as third-party partners such as PR, to ensure product is available to send out for marketing purposes promotions are implemented successfully.
Essential Functions
· Develop and maintain the company’s ecommerce marketing plan; coordinate with the ecommerce team and sales to make sure everyone is aligned.
· Work closely with internal team to execute website promotions. Communicate promotional plans to third-party partners. Compare and archive results.
· Manage the Customer Rewards program and platform, reporting consistently on progress and growth.
· Manage the Customer Reviews program and platform, ensuring syndication with wholesale partners and monitoring results.
· Act as Liaison with third-party social media partners to make sure social media posts and advertisements align with the marketing plan and aesthetically meet or exceed brand standards.
· Maintain relationships and effective partnerships with influencers to promote special TV appearances and product launches.
· Stay connected with customer feedback on social media and communicate to customer service.
· Continually monitor the site to make sure it’s merchandised correctly and that PDPs and PLPs are up to date and complete. Troubleshoot issues with products such as duplicate products or missing product images.
· Ability to collect data, draw conclusions, and make strategic recommendations.
Technical Skills Required
· Familiar with Shopify Pro.
· Experience in e-commerce required.
· Experience in fashion industry preferred but not required.
· SEO, SEM and Google analytics experience favored.
· Proactive and strategic work ethic.
· Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
· Creative and independent thinking while also able to collaborate with team.
· Results oriented.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of an Bachelor’s degree or higher in E-Commerce, digital marketing or related degree or equivalent combination of education and/or training strongly preferred. 3 years of experience required. References available upon request.
