Sales Savvy: You understand the ins and outs of sales, know how to close deals, and have the motivation to exceed targets.

Detail-Oriented: You’ve got an eye for detail and can keep track of the small things while juggling multiple tasks.

Multitasker Extraordinaire: You can switch gears effortlessly, handling everything from recruiting top talent to engaging with potential members.

MUST BE WILLING TO CALL LEADS 100+ Calls per day

  • Recruiting Superstars: Finding and attracting top talent who are as passionate about fitness and helping others as we are.
  • Connecting with Potential Members: Engaging with our community, sharing our mission, and helping potential members see how D1 Northern Kentucky can change their lives.
  • Driving Membership Growth: Using your sales skills to drive membership growth and meet our goals.
  • Creating a Positive Vibe: Being the energetic, positive force that keeps our team and members motivated and excited.
