Your Role as a Recruiter

In this position, you will make a significant impact on both candidates and clients by matching the right talent with the right opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing methods
  • Conducting screenings and interviews with potential candidates
  • Collaborating with your Account Manager to pinpoint key accounts, essential skill sets, and market segments
  • Building and nurturing relationships with industry contacts to enhance knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
  • Performing a range of customer service-related tasks

Compensation and Benefits

Aerotek offers a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 - $55,000, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions following an initial training period.
