We are looking for a Tax Accounting Manager to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for clients as well as reviewing tax returns.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to Firm Partners and Clients
- Review individual and business income tax returns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in public accounting, specifically tax preparation
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, and Lacerte
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- CPA license or EA preferred
