Location: Remote

Pay: $52 - $60/hour

Contract: 12-month contract to hire

Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, SQL data reporting and analysis, and process improvement. This role involves managing operations for our JBP, Meta, and large clients who advertise on Meta platforms. The analyst will handle all post-signature deal operations, including monitoring revenue performance data, communicating payouts, general sales support, deal processing, and troubleshooting tool improvements and bugs.

Responsibilities:

  • Post-Signature Deal Operations: Manage all day-to-day functions, including revenue performance tracking and payout communication.
  • Payout Calculation and Communication: Calculate actual revenue against deal spend targets to assess and communicate quarterly payouts, resolving any near misses or data errors.
  • Coupon Approvals/Rejections: Review incoming Ad Credit Coupon requests for global and regional deals, compare against deal details, and approve or reject accordingly. Handle makegood/goodwill coupon requests as needed.
  • Sales Support: Address ad-hoc requests and troubleshoot complex issues with coupons and reporting from Sales teams via chat, email, and tasks.
  • Revenue & Coupon Data Requests: Fulfill ad-hoc requests for revenue and coupon data, manipulate queries, resolve data discrepancies, synthesize pivot tables, and ensure accuracy against JBP Tool reporting numbers.
  • Tool Improvement & Troubleshooting: Monitor custom tools for Sales-reported bugs, lead improvements across Program Management and Engineering teams, create business requirement documentation and training materials, test, communicate across functions, and implement changes. Dashboard creation may be required on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in roles such as Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Risk Management.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, execute, and communicate multiple concurrent work streams across a range of stakeholders with minimal oversight.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, providing sound business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects independently in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including managing multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
