Our company is a successful marketing and advertising agency based in Tampa, FL. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to establish, monitor and analyze paid media strategies for clients including paid search, PPC, SEO, display advertising, paid social, retargeting, etc. The primary focus of the role will be campaign optimization across a number of platforms, with some client-facing responsibilities on key accounts and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client account goals by administering web analytics dashboards, key reporting tools, and prioritizing areas of importance.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across the major search channels.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.
  • Perform daily management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other key account metrics.
  • Develop and monitor social media paid advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to account budget and deliverables.
  • Work closely with account managers, communicating the status of campaign development and performance, making recommendations and adjustments as necessary.
  • Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts.
  • Keep current on search engine and PPC industry trends/developments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency working on large accounts or a variety of platforms.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing, Paid Search (PPC), and social media advertising – large scale campaign experience a plus.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of tools (including Google Analytics and others), social media paid advertising such as Facebook and LinkedIn Ads, working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Bing) and SEO analysis and recommendations.
  • Desire to be around people; Excel gives limited input.
  • Google Adwords Certification.
  • BS/BA degree preferred; a good work ethic, independent learning and the school of hard knocks can replace some of that.

**This is not a remote position. We enjoy humans and office events. Central Florida candidates and prior agency experience preferred. Hybrid work is available after a few months of onboarding.
